At your first visit, our therapists perform a complete health history to ascertain the appropriateness of your receiving massage therapy.

What happens during a Pregnancy Massage?
Our Pregnancy Massage Therapy Specialists have over 15 years of experience. Your safety is our top priority and we have the experience and knowledge to create the best and most beneficial massage experience for YOU.
All sessions are customized and include a consultation.
During your session, your Pregnancy Massage Therapist will use pillows and bolsters to keep your body as safe and comfortable as possible throughout your session.
As highly trained Pregnancy Massage Therapy Specialists with over 15 years of experience, we do not endorse nor utilize tables or pillows with special "cut-outs" that would have a Mother to Be lying face down. We do not believe that this is safe for Mother or Baby.
How often should I receive Pregnancy Massage?
As often as possible. We recommend that you begin receiving massage services after 10 weeks into your Pregnancy. After that, is up to you. At a minimum, we recommend once per month. Optimally, once every 2 weeks in the second trimester and once a week in the 3rd trimester. It is important to remember that any massage is better than no massage so even if you only come 1-2 times during your Pregnancy, you are still receiving the benefits of Pregnancy Massage.
When can I start receiving Pregnancy Massage?In order to ensure the safety of our Mamas-to-Be, Super Spa Girl recommends that you schedule your first Prenatal visit at your 10th week or after of Pregnancy. For high risk pregnancies, including, but not limited to, TWINS, GESTATIONAL DIABETES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, PLACENTA PREVIA, and PRE-ECLAMPSIA, Super Spa Girl REQUIRES a release from your physician before proceeding with Pregnancy Massage Services.
