Thank you for choosing Super Spa Girl, LLC, for your massage therapy session. In order to ensure an amazing massage experience, we ask that you review and accept our policies.

For your convenience, Super Spa Girl, LLC, offers TWO convenient methods to schedule an appointment. One, you may schedule your session online. Two, you may schedule your session by calling us at 724-205-6387.
Super Spa Girl, LLC, has an amazing team of therapists and often have a waiting list for our sessions. We simply cannot accommodate guests who do not have respect for our staff and our time. As such, we must insist upon a strict cancellation policy for those we work with.
We must insist on courtesy when scheduling and keeping appointments.
In the event that you cancel your session with LESS than 24 hours notice, you will be billed the full price of that session. We will send you an invoice for payment and we will not schedule future sessions until the invoice has been paid. If you are a Massage Member, you will forfeit the session that was scheduled.
In the event that you do not call or show up for your session, you will be charged in full for your session (and sent an invoice) and must pre-pay for all future sessions at the time of scheduling. In addition, you may be limited in the therapists that you are permitted to schedule with for future sessions.
Guests who do not call or show up for their sessions AND refuse to prepay for future sessions, will no longer be welcome as guests of Super Spa Girl, LLC.
Guests who chronically schedule and reschedule appointments, regardless of time frame, may be asked to prepay for future sessions.
Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy:
1-You have been involved in an accident on the way to your appointment.
2-You are in labor and are on your way to the hospital (Pregnancy Clients)
3-Inclement weather conditions make traveling roads hazardous.
4-You have become seriously ill at the last minute.
Please note: "I have been fighting a cold all week and still have it 2 hours before my appointment so I will not be in," does not qualify as an exception and you will be charged.
Inappropriate behavior, whether verbal or physical, is unacceptable and will result in immediate termination of services. You will be required to pay and leave. Additionally, you will no longer be welcome for future massage sessions.
If you intend to pay for your session with a Gift Certificate or Special Deal Certificate, we REQUIRE that it be presented at the time of service. No exceptions.
Expired Gift Certificates may be redeemed for the amount paid for the certificate, promotional values expire.
We do not offer refunds on gift certificates. No exceptions. If you are unable to use your gift certificate, you may gift it to another person; however, the original expiration date remains applicable.
Payment is expected at the time of service. No exceptions. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
In the event that your check does NOT clear, you will be charged the full service fee AND a $35 insufficient fund fee. This is completely separate from charges that you may incur through your banking institution.
Refusal of Service

Super Spa Girl, LLC, reserves the right to refuse service to ANYONE who has one of the following issues:
1-Active illness or infection
2-Ringworm, Athlete's Foot or other fungal infection
3-Skin rash, open sores, scabies, or lice
4-Was involved in an accident within the past 72 hours
5-Currently pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and refuses to provide a doctor's clearance
6-Refuses to complete required paperwork
7-Is under the influence or alcohol or drugs
8-Is behaving in an inappropriate manner
9-Has any condition which the therapists deems unsuitable for safely receiving massage and bodywork
In the event that you arrive late for your scheduled session, you will be offered the remainder of your session time. Full payment is expected of the original scheduled service.
Tipping is not included as part of payment for your scheduled service.
Tipping is at your discretion. As a guideline, etiquette for massage services is 15-25% of the original service price.
As a local small business, it is my privilege to support our local community and local charities when appropriate.
Before requesting donations, please consider the following:
1-Is the charity or event that our donation will support LOCAL (within Westmoreland County)?
2-If the donation will support LOCAL children's sporting events- are you a REGULAR client of Super Spa Girl (at least once a month) ?
3-If offered a donation, do you intend to pick up the donation in a timely manner?
4-Are you able to offer appropriate non-profit tax information?
