Here's a few things to know:
BEFORE YOUR SESSION:
STOP and think....do any of the following apply to you? RESCHEDULE!
1. Signs or symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, or sore throat.
2. Contact in the last 14 days with someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, under investigation for COVID-19, or ill with respiratory illness.
3. International travel within the last 14 days to countries with sustained community transmission.
4. Residence in a community where community-based spread of COVID-19 is occurring.
In the event that we would need to change appointments on our end, please know that we will personally contact each guest who is currently scheduled to notify you of the change.
We will be lenient with our Cancellation Policy in order to ensure everyone's safety.
Please, please, please be considerate and do not take advantage.
What you need to know!
1-We will be observing a strict cleaning regimen which is posted at the studio
2-We will be scheduling additional time between clients to allow for additional cleaning
3-We ask all guests to arrive 5 minutes before their session and enter AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will be escorted directly to the massage room.
4-The bathroom will remain open and available (obviously)
5-Our relaxation room will remain closed for the time being. We will continue to offer individual water bottles to all guests but will not offer our beverage station at this point.
6-You may not bring anyone with you to your session. There is not a waiting area available at this time and we do not allow guests that are not receiving massage into the rooms.
7-You may continue to tip your therapists directly with cash or we will continue to offer the option to tip on the card
8-No loitering, lingering, etc.
